Yoga on the beach is a refreshing change from inside classes – hearing the sounds of the ocean while practicing yoga can be an enlightening experience.  The sand beneath you can be a challenge so choose a flat surface and smooth out the sand with your hands.  Bring a beach towel instead of a yoga mat since the mats do not work well in the sand.  Make sure you bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated which is critical during physical exercise, especially outdoors – this is important during your Sea Bright sunset yoga on the beach practice.
